CALL FOR PAPERS
The call for papers is closed.
For people who have a last minute communication to propose, a late submission opportunity is offered
up to May 29. The proposal will only be considered for a passive poster (probably on-screen), with no participation
to the poster presentation sessions. The acceptation will require that people register to the conference.

A notification of acceptance or rejection will be only sent to the submitter (corresponding author).
It is his/her responsibility to notify other authors. Notification to the authors is expected in April.

If the abstract is accepted the presenting author needs to be registered on due date to confirm participation
in the program and to attend the Conference to present the contribution. Otherwise, the contribution will be withdrawn from the Conference program.

Please bring your poster to be displayed at the conference site, respecting the following dimensions
(close to A0 format): maximum width: 85 cm, maximum height: 120 cm.

THE CITY OF AMIENS
Amiens is located in “Hauts-de-France” region, 150 km north of Paris. It boasts a significant architectural heritage, including a Gothic cathedral. The city is home to the Musée e Picardie, which exhibits works spanning several centuries of art history. The Center district is made of lively streets lined with cafés and boutiques.
The “hortillonnages”, floating gardens on the canals, give the city a natural and unique dimension.

By plane
Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport is 1 hour away by car. Beauvais Airport is 30 minutes away.
By road (motorways)
A1, A16, and A29 and the North European
motorway network.
Paris in 1h30.
By train
Paris in 1h15.
London in 3h.

Local transportation: there will be trains between Paris (Gare du Nord) and Amiens about every hour, and costing around 20 € one way. For local connections, do not try to reserve anything now: the timetables of the local trains for the summer period are not yet available, and the on-line reservation systems currently give you irrelevant advices with long and expensive connections. We will let you know when we have the new tables.

GETTING TO THE MÉGACITÉ OF AMIENS
By bus from the train station
Line 7 towards CHU A. Picardie -
Mégacité stop: 25 minutes
Line N4, towards Pôle Licorne - Pôle Licorne stop.
Ticket purchase: From a ticket machine at the "Gare SNCF" and "Pôle Licorne" stops. Tickets can be validated on buses with a credit card.
By taxi
Amiens Taxis +33 3 22 91 30 03: 11 minutes from
the train station.
